        The origin of  my business name is a pun on my last name, O’Neale.  ONEALE = One Ale  And I run an illustration business hence the Illustration part of the name.  Pun appreciation is highly under rated.  So when the opportunity arises to use a pun rise to that opportunity and grasp life by the proverbial horns and hold on tight.  Whoa….The Tick has spoken.  Great cartoon by the way if you like puns and  absurdity in your cartoons check it out.

        I have always loved drawing.  I was introduced to oils in college and fell in love with them.  Then experimented with acrylics and found I loved them as well.  I have always wanted to start an art business but have been unsure as to whether  I could pull it off. My husband encouraged me to give it a try and after coming back from the Scarborough Faire in Texas I realized that I really did want to pursue this and I could make it work.  I work as a Substitute teacher at my kids’ school which pays for my school and art expenses.  I am currently working on a K-8 teaching degree and hopefully will be able to obtain the art teaching position at their school after I become a certified teacher.  So there you have it.  I am a proud parent of two, I have an awesome loving husband that supports me, I am obtaining a teaching degree and  I have just  started the art business I have always wanted.  Life is good.
